Our Company Story:
We started this company to spend more time together and focus on customers in our area. Louisiana has been home for our entire life and we saw the need for quality IT support for local industries with a customer-centric approach. With over 25 years of experience in many different facets of IT, our goal is to be the trusted partner to our customers.
Founders:
Marlene and Brad Breaux met in 2005 when they were working at a local Oil and Gas company in Lafayette. 20 years later with a family, in-depth knowledge of IT operations, and a shared desire to build a business, they decided to start a small business. Marlene’s focus is on the administrative functions of the business and making sure customer requests are responded to promptly, while Brad is focused on the technical and operations side of the business.
Marlene Haydel Breaux is a Franklin, LA native who moved to Lafayette in 2000 to attend college. Although she has had administrative roles in other companies, her most successful venture has been managing the Breaux household.
Brad Breaux, a Lafayette, LA native and graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, has built a diverse and accomplished career in IT and telecommunications. While in college, he gained hands-on experience working for an offshore telecommunications provider, where he developed expertise in satellite communications, point-to-point microwave, two-way radio, telecommunications, and networking. He began his IT career as a network engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, later advancing into management as the organization expanded. In this role, he oversaw four data centers nationwide and managed offshore communications for field operations. Following the company’s bankruptcy and leadership relocation to Houston, Brad transitioned to a CIO role at a local community college. There, he led a transformation of the IT infrastructure, enhancing the student experience and optimizing operations across all departments. Most recently, Brad worked as a systems engineer for a global cybersecurity firm, further expanding his expertise in securing and optimizing IT environments. His career spans deep technical engineering, sales, and executive IT leadership, equipping him with a comprehensive perspective on technology strategy and business growth.
